Last updated: January 1, 2026

Fleety ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Fleety platform and website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign up through a third-party provider (such as GitHub), we receive your public profile information from that provider.

Agent and Fleet Data. We collect information about the agents and fleets you configure on the platform, including agent configurations, execution logs, coordination events, and performance metrics. This data is used solely to provide and improve the Service.

Payment Information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number or payment credentials on our servers.

Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information such as the contents of your message, attachments, and any other information you choose to provide.

2. Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you access the Service, including:

  • Agent execution frequency, fleet sizes, and coordination event counts
  • Device identifiers and referral URLs

This data is used in aggregate to monitor service health, improve performance, and understand how the platform is used. We do not sell usage data to third parties.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Providing, operating, and maintaining the Service
  • Processing transactions and sending related billing information

We do not use your agent data to train AI models. Your agent configurations, execution outputs, and fleet data are never used for model training or shared with AI providers. Your data powers your Service experience and nothing else.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and understand how you interact with the Service. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some features of the Service may not function properly without them.

  • Analytics services for aggregated usage monitoring
  • Email delivery for transactional and service communications

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are stored using AES-256-GCM encryption.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Execution logs and coordination event data are retained for 90 days by default, after which they are automatically purged. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
