By accessing or using Fleety ("Service"), operated by Fleety ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Fleety is a fleet orchestration platform for AI agents. The Service provides infrastructure for deploying, scaling, monitoring, and coordinating fleets of AI agents through an API and web dashboard. Features include auto-scaling, health checks, conflict detection, circuit breakers, framework adapters, multi-tenant namespaces, and consumption-based billing.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including API keys. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The Service is offered across multiple tiers (Free, Pro, Enterprise), each with defined limits on agents, coordination events, and features. Usage beyond your plan's limits may result in throttling, suspension, or additional charges. We reserve the right to modify plan limits with reasonable notice.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Consumption-based charges (coordination events beyond your plan's included amount) are billed in arrears. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Fleety and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your data and agent configurations. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Your data is yours. We do not use your agent configurations, execution data, or proprietary workflows to train models or for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fleety shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fleety, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
